Well we certainly did! I organised a trip for my photography class to see a private collection of aircraft which are housed near Gatwick Airport.
Most of the aircraft are not in flying condition as they are typically stripped of equipment and engines by the MOD before they are sold. Peter Vallance and his colleagues have however managed to refit most of the aircraft with their original equipment but there are still a number which require an awful lot more work..
